Because Dale M. Servetnick is now the Principal Broker, his direct involvement in real estate sales is continuing to be reduced as we bring on more agents and he is concentrating more on company and agent businss development.
Training and Marketing Breakdown
Two of the primary areas of growth and development for agents is lead generation (building a business) and business and economic development (managing a business).
Much of what will be taught to our agents comes from the teachings of Brian Buffini at Buffini & Company, a real estate coaching company located in Carlsbad, California. We have a large library of educational materials that are available to our agents for their own use. We will also be participating in periodic live events that bring fresh information, along with some great guest speakers to motivate, educate and entertain. Our intent is to have agents who wish to work all of the Maryland counties shown below ... as few or as many as they like. Be sure to specify what type of properties you are interested in and what "territory" you expect to work. Our expectation is to have up to 3 agents working in each County ... one agent could work multiple Counties! It is entirely up to You!!
