No! Homeowner Associations (HOAs) and Condominium Associations are large, very complex organizations that require special handling. In order to do that correctly, it is necessary to have a large staff that is well-versed in HOA and condominium law.
Because Dale Servetnick and Terri Osburne are Licensed REALTORs in Maryland, they have a good working knowledge of HOAs and Condominiums ... we know enough that we don't want to venture into that type of management. We have seen companies that manage both HOAs and/or Condominiums in addition to individual rental homes and found that usually the landlords and tenants don't get good service because the "other" business requires so much attention.
We prefer to "stick with what we do best" and take care of individual homeowners and real estate investors who buy or own single-family attached, single-family detached, condominium units and multi-family dwellings. If you are searching for a manager for your Condominium or HOA, we can recommend two very good management companies to you! They often refer individual homeowners to us, too!
