Absolutely! We have changed the way we market rental properties and no longer use the old Tenant Placement Service Agreement.
We now list rental properties (as well as properties for sale) in the Multiple LIsting Service (MLS). We charge a commission for this service that equals 50% of the first-month's rent if we find the tenants for you. If a "cooperating agent" from another company find the tenants for you, then there is an additional commission of 25% of the first month's rent that is paid to the tenants' agent.
During the listing period, we waive the "vacancy fee" in our Property Management Agreement while the home is vacant, unless the owner is not able to take care of the home during that time.
