Regardless of whether you list the property or find a tenant on your own, we process the Rental Applications to screen the tenants at NO COST TO YOU (it costs the potential tenants $40 per adult to apply). We usually can provide you with the report within 24 to 48 hours, not counting weekends and holidays.
