Every month we send out a newletter to our best clients and friends ... each one of them provides information about a different, carefully chosen topic that is are always relevant and contain valuable information that can be used by everyone. We mail out the newsletters on a monthly basis to our clients and friends ... some by postal mail and some by e-mail (depending upon their preferences). You can be added to the mailing list if you Contact Us for any information about real estate in our market area or elsewhere.

How many times have you found yourself wishing for a few extra hours in the day?  Sometimes it feels like there just isn’t enough time to get it all done.  When this happens, our health is typically the first thing to take a back seat -- then several others often follow suit.  During this busy season, work picks back up, the kids head back to school and the activities get into full swing.  To help you stay healthy and productive, We are providing a few strategies to cut time in the kitchen, save money and eat nutritiously.  It also includes a few tips on how to maximize that extra time you’ll receive when you weave these time-saving hacks into your daily routine.  

It's easy to say you want to meal prep, but it's tough to actually get started.  Here's all you need to know to cook your weekly meals in advance to save time and money and eat more nutrictious foow.  We have a guide for meal prepping, which is a time-saving tactic that can be difficult to fold into the routine at first.  With these tips, I hope you will find more productivity and an increased sense of accomplishment in your day-to-day.
