Before you begin, we want you to know that it is very important for you to have an experienced, trustworthy real estate professional to work with you to find a rental property.  The number of fraudulent rental listings on the Internet is increasing.  Also, starting in January 2021, Zillow and its affiliate sites shopped showing rental listings offered by many licensed real estate agents.  This means that if you are searching without a licensed real estate agent, you may not see many homes that are available.

You can use the links below to search for homes currently listed in the MLS.  They are broken down by County and, in come cases, by the price range.  As you identify homes you would like to see, complete the CONTACT US form at the bottom of this page to send us a list.  We can then research the homes and schedule showings for you.

It is more likely now that you could be scammed.  Lots of people are posting fraudulent rental ads, usually on Craigslist and sometimes on Facebook.  These people are not licensed real estate agents or property managers.  They also are not the owner of the home.  Many times, these scammers will require you to provide them with money up front and charge very high fees.  We recommend that you use extreme caution!  You should verify the identity and license status of anyone who claims to be an agent or the owner of a rental home.
