Before you begin your rental search, it is very important to work with an experienced and trustworthy real estate professional.  The number of fraudulent rental listings on the Internet continues to increase.  In addition, Zillow and its affiliate websites stopped displaying many rental listings offered by licensed real estate agents.  As a result, if you search for rental homes without the assistance of a licensed agent, you may not see many properties that are actually available.

You may use the links below to search for homes currently listed in the MLS.  The listings are organized by county and, in some cases, by price range.  Once you identify homes you are interested in seeing, please request more information and send us your list.  We will then research the properties and schedule showings for you.

Unfortunately, rental scams are becoming more common.  Many fraudulent rental advertisements are posted on websites such as Craigslist and sometimes Facebook.  These listings are often created by individuals who are not licensed real estate agents, property managers, or owners of the homes.  In many cases, scammers request money upfront and charge excessive fees.  We strongly recommend using extreme caution.  Always verify the identity and license status of anyone claiming to be a real estate agent or the owner of a rental property.
