The licensed real estate agents and property managers at DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services have been serving the residential real estate needs of Maryland property owners in one way or another since 2002.  We are available to discuss your property with you at your convenience. 

It’s not always easy to describe to people everything that is involved with being a licensed real estate agent.  It was probably best said by Paul Harvey.  He was a conservative American radio broadcaster who reached as many as 24 million people every week from 1952 through 2008 through his various programs.  Check out his entry called “So God Made a Realtor.”  While we are unsure of the video’s origin, we enjoy it and believe that you will, too.

When you want to discuss your real estate needs, you can easily set up a Zoom Meeting with us.  That way, we can provide you with information that is specific to your circumstances.  The meeting would last no more than 30 minutes.  If you would like to set one up, you should provide us with a couple of times that you would prefer.  We spend much of our time out of the office working with properties so we may not be able to answer phone calls.  We think that scheduling a Zoom session may be a better way to start the process than using just email, texts and phone calls.  We hope you’ll give it a try!  We would like to become your preferred real estate agent and property manager and look forward to speaking with you.

Depending on your needs, though, it may be more convenient for us to meet with you at your property.  We can do this after we complete an initial phone, e-mail or video chat “interview” with you.  That allows us time to do some preliminary research about your property.  You are also welcome to schedule an appointment to meet us at our office to discuss your real estate needs.  We meet with clients (buyers, sellers, landlords), tenants and customers on a “by appointment only” basis.  

Our office is a convenient “drop off” point for documents (purchase contracts, rental applications, rent payments, and other correspondence).  We have a secure mail box in the parking lot so the deliveries can be made even when the building is closed.  The doors to the building are locked during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Generally, our business hours are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday through Friday.  On Saturday, our hours are strictly by appointment only.  We are closed on Sunday and all Federal holidays, but will still be able to meet with you if you like during those times.

As you will see, we are a small, family-owned real estate brokerage and property management company.  We do welcome real estate agents who would like to affiliate with us once they have their license from the Maryland Real Estate Commission (MREC).  There are many benefits to affiliating with a small company.  If you are thinking about a career in real estate, we would be happy to discuss the process with you.
