That dream is more alive today than ever before!  One of the first things that a prospective home buyer realizes is that their “dream home” does not always seem affordable.  The process of buying a home has changed somewhat in the years since the financial crisis of 2007 to 2012.  Buyers in the past usually shopped for the best house they could find and then tried to arrange the financing.
