Everyone at DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services is a licensed real estate agent.  We can help you with all your residential leasing needs.  It doesn’t matter what kind of home you have.  It could be a detached home, a duplex, a townhome or row house, a condominium unit, or apartment building.  You may want to review the list of homes that we currently manage for Maryland homeowners.

The Rental Listing Process

We usually handle long-term leases of one year or more.  We can also do short-term leases of 3 to 12 months.  Finally, we can work with homeowners who have homes for weekly rentals.  Those would be for vacation homes or properties located close to convention and sporting facilities.

Preparing Your Property for a Rental Listing

Because of our expertise, you can be sure that we will represent your interests during the entire process.  Property maintenance and repairs is done through our Homeowner Concierge Service Program.  We list the home in the MLS and also handle the marketing.  We want to find tenants as quickly as possible.  All  homes listed by real estate agents can be found on our Maryland Rental Home Search page.  Rental applications are received and processed though TenantCloud.  We get all of the information that you need to make a decision.  We also write the lease for you.  

Many larger real estate companies have different people to handle each task.  That means you may find speak with someone new each time.  We provide continuity throughout the leasing and management processes.  You will always deal with the same licensed real estate agent from start to finish.
