The main goal of our licensed real estate agents and property managers at DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services is the satisfaction of our clients and customers.  We want to serve as the trusted real estate professional for them.

Our clients are the homeowners we represent who have homes under our management or homes to sell.  Our customers are the tenants who live in homes we manage.  Many times, our tenants won’t give us good reviews because they don’t like something that has been done.  They need to remember that we work for our homeowners to protect their assets.  Other customers would be people who we discuss real estate with that do not sign a formal contract like the Exclusive Right to Represent the Buyer/Tenant agreement.
