Every real estate agent has a different idea of how their business will work … and sometimes the business doesn’t work or life happens and they need to put their business objectives on hold.  If you are a real estate agent licensed in Maryland, but don’t want to stay active in the business (but would still like to generate some income), we may have a solution for you.

Our intent is to have agents who wish to work all of the Maryland counties shown below.  Each agent can work in as few or as many different areas as they like.  As you can see from the chart, we have several areas where we need additional agent coverage.  When you contact us to discuss a potential affiliation, be sure to specify what type of properties you are interested in and which of the Maryland Counties you expect to work.  Knowing that an agent can work as many areas as they wish, the agents MUST be familiar with the laws and local regulations that apply to each County and the cities and towns contained therein. 

Now that the merger of the various MLS systems in our area is complete, we will be expanding further into Western Maryland and onto the Eastern Shore.  Ideally, as we continue to expand our business with the help of new and seasoned agents, we expect to have 3 or more agents who are well-versed in each County … one agent could work multiple Counties!  It is entirely up to You!!
