Training and Marketing Philosophy

Because Dale M. Servetnick is the Principal Broker of the company, his direct involvement in real estate transactions will be reduced as more agents affiliate with DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services.  

He is concentrating more on company and agent business development.  Part of that is training agents in the philosophy that “It’s a GREAT Day in Real Estate and a It’s Good Life!”  We do not offer pre-licensing courses for people who are considering a career in real estate.

We are actually looking for new agents who want to start building a business with minimal expenses, but who will still get a good commission split.
