The Agent Expense Structure:  Every agent pays business expenses, but how much they pay, and what they pay for, varies dramatically from one brokerage company to another.  We work hard to keep real estate business expenses low and predictable so our agents can keep more of their income.

The Compensation Structure (Commission Split):  Commission plans differ widely across the industry. Our gross commission (GCI) structure is designed to be fair to both the agent and the company, without unnecessary fees or complicated add-ons that reduce your earnings.

The Training & Business Support:  The quality of training and marketing, especially in lead generation, business planning, and money management, can make or break an agent’s career.  We place a strong emphasis on helping agents understand how to run a sustainable, profitable real estate business.

Why It Matters

The reality is that many new agents won’t make it, but they could.  According to long-standing data from the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), thousands of agents leave the business every year.  Many leave before they ever have a real chance to succeed.  Projections suggest that as many as 250,000 agents could exit the industry in 2026, even though NAR expects a 14% increase in listings during the same period.

This disconnect doesn’t come from a lack of opportunity.  It comes from a lack of support, structure, and guidance, especially for new agents.  As the saying goes, “you don’t know what you don’t know” If early decisions are misinformed or agents don’t have systems they can follow, they become discouraged, overwhelmed, and unproductive.
