We managed this home for the owners starting in late 2012. It was one of three units we managed for these owners. We placed multiple tenants in this condominium unit. The first tenants were placed in February 2013. They rented the home for $1,450.00 per month until May 1, 2019.
The home was then offered for rent for $1,500 per month and was rented for $1,500 per month on July 1, 2019. That tenant moved out on June 30, 2021.
The home was then offered for rent for $1,650 per month and was ultimately rented and the new tenant moved in on August 25, 2022. Water/sewer service and trash removal were included in the monthly rent. The tenants paid for electric service, natural gas service, telephone, cable TV and Internet service. The natural gas service was billed monthly once the owner received the bill from the condominium management. The security deposit was $1,650 and was required when an application was accepted. Unfortunately, that tenant had to vacate the unit due to COVID-19 employment issues.
