Our licensed real estate agents and property managers are available to discuss your residential real estate needs. We can meet with you at your convenience. You are welcome to make an appointment to meet us at our office.
Our process usually starts with an initial phone call, e-mail message or video chat “interview.” That allows us a little bit of time to do some preliminary research. Depending on the nature of your residential real estate needs, we can also meet you at your property. Once we know about your specific situation, it’s easy for us to help you get started.
Our normal business hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm on Monday through Friday. On Saturday, our hours are by appointment only. DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services is closed on Sunday and all Federal holidays.

Our agents spend much of their time on the road. We meet with our clients (buyers, sellers, landlords), our tenants, and customers at our office “by appointment only.” Our office is a convenient drop-off point for documents (purchase contracts, rental applications, rent payments, and other mail). There is a secure mail box in the parking lot near the main door. This allows people to make deliveries to us when necessary. They can do this even during evenings and weekends when the building is locked.
