At DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services, we pride ourselves on our knowledge of the real estate market in Maryland.  Our licensed real estate agents and property managers have combined experience of over 38 years.  That experience goes all the way back to 2002 working with Maryland properties.  Our real estate agents have closed hundreds of transactions during that time.  In addition, we provide property management services to over 50 properties located in over 6 Maryland counties, including Baltimore City.  

We have worked in good markets and bad markets.  We have handled foreclosure and short sale properties.  We have helped homeowners work through the financial and real estate crash of 2007-2009.  We are also now working on expanding.  That means we want to hire more real estate agents.  We also want to add to the portfolio of homes that we manage.  During the process, we will also expand our coverage area even more.
