For us to help find the right home for you, we would like for you to review and sign the Representation Agreement. This allows our agents to represent your best interests during your search.  We can also negotiate with the homeowner on your behalf.  Also, we will need you to provide us with photo ID.  If you choose to not sign the Representation Agreement, then our agents will be acting in the best interest of the homeowner.  They cannot answer any questions you may have about the home.  You will be an “unrepresented party” and asked to sign the Understanding Whom Real Estate Agents Represent disclosure.  This document explains the relationships between Real Estate Agents and the general public.

Along with these disclosures and information, we also need for you to have a pre-qualification letter from a lender.  This will tell us that we are helping you search for homes that you can afford to buy.  In today’s market, homes are selling fast.  A lender letter will be needed so that you can write an offer on the home of your dreams when we find it for you.
