1 Prospect Avenue was an all-brick Rambler.  It was located inside the Incorporated Town of Indian Head in Charles County.  The home was approximately 1/2 mile from the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head.  It was also an easy commute to Andrews AFB, Bolling AFB, Pax River NAS, the Pentagon and Washington, DC.  There was also a MetroBus stop a short walk away.  It had 2 bedrooms (the 2nd bedroom is very small) and 1 full bathroom. 

The home was all on one level and had a living room and dining room combination, kitchen and a laundry area.  Parking was in the driveway at the front of the house.  Prospect Avenue splits at Strauss Avenue.  One part of it ends at the Indian Head Rail Trail and the other portion ends at Indian Head Highway.
