We managed this home for the owners for many years and placed multiple tenants . The home was most recently offered for rent for $1,100 per month and was rented on May 1, 2020.  No utilities were included in the monthly rent.  The tenants paid for electric service, water and sewer service, trash removal, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  The security deposit was $1,100 and was required when the application was accepted. 

Pets were considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  They were limited to smaller animals.  The owner did not allow smoking inside the home.
