We began managing this home for the property owners in April, 2018.  During that time, we coordinated repairs through Our Homeowner Concierge Repair Service program to make the home move-in ready.  The home was listed for rent at $1,450 per month in June, 2018.  We ultimately terminated our relationship on December 13, 2018 with the owners, who were a large national mortgage lender.
