The home is being offered for rent for $5,300 per month.  It will be available for occupancy on May 1, 2024 after the current occupants move out.  No utilities are included in the monthly rent, so tenants are responsible for electric service, natural gas service, water/sewer service, trash removal, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  The security deposit is $5,300 and is required when an application is accepted.

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  They are limited to smaller animals and breed restrictions apply.  The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.

The owners accepted an applicant on April 6, 2024.  The home is being rented through a relocation company as part of an insurance claim.  The rental amount will be $5,600 for 10 months and then month-to-month afterward.  The insurance company is also paying the utilities as part of the claim.

We will begin showings of the home to prospective tenants on or around February 21, 2024.  Use the CONTACT FORM below to begin the process of scheduling your private showing of the home.  We schedule 30-minute appointments between the hours of 12:00 pm and 7:00 pm, depending upon the season.  WE DO NOT SHOW PROPERTIES OUTSIDE OF DAYLIGHT HOURS.  You will be required to provide a valid e-mail address and phone number, along with a valid photo identification (driver’s license, etc.).  Please submit two or three different times when you will be available for your appointment.  We cannot accommodate same-day appointments due to the busy schedules of our agents.  Once this is received, we will assign one of our agents to assist you with scheduling your showing appointment.  Our agent will discuss your options for the showing: 

• You can choose to be an unrepresented party, in which case you will be asked to review the Understanding Whom Real Estate Agents Represent disclosure.  You must understand that our agent represents the homeowner and cannot answer any questions and your conversation is not confidential.  If you are currently under a Representation Agreement with a real estate agent for your home search, we cannot assist you and you should instruct your agent to schedule the showing. 
• You can agree to be represented by our agent, in which case you will be asked to review the Consent for Dual Agency disclosure and the Exclusive Right to Represent the Buyer/Tenant  Agreement.  Our agent will be able to represent your interests and help you with the entire process.  Everything that you discuss will remain confidential.
