This home was a bank-owned (REO) listing that was purchased by DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services on October 22, 2015. The property was rented for the first time on February 22, 2016 for $1,375 per month. This was done after extensive repairs were completed through Our Homeowner Concierge Repair Service Program.
New tenants moved into the property on August 15, 2017, with their lease at $1,400. After it became clear that they could not continue to pay the rent, they were voluntarily evicted from the home. This is one of the things we do for our landlords and homeowners. The home was then listed for rent for $1,450 and was ultimately rented to the current tenant for $1,425 per month on October 15, 2018. The owners offered a rental commission of 25% of the first months’ rent through an Exclusive Right to Represent the Buyer/Tenant Agreement. No utilities were included in the monthly rent, so tenants were responsible for electric service, water/sewer service, trash removal, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.
