This home was a bank-owned (REO) listing that was purchased by DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services on October 22, 2015.  The property was rented for the first time on February 22, 2016 for $1,375 per month.  This was done after extensive repairs were completed through our Homeowner Concierge Service Program.
