We began managing this home for the owners in December, 2012.  We placed multiple tenants and it had a great rental history.  The owners decided to sell the property.  It was available for sale for $299,999.  The current tenants were still living in the home.  This would be a great investment for someone who wants to purchase a property to generate immediate rental income.  We will gladly provide an investment analysis to any potential buyer who signs and Exclusive Right to Represent the Buyer/Tenant Agreement with us.  The community currently is not approved for FHA financing.  This means that any buyer would need to write an offer with cash, Conventional financing or VA financing.
