We began managing this home for the owners since December 2013.  We’ve placed several tenants over the years.  The rent was set at $1,450 per month and was rented out at that rate starting September 1, 2019.  A security deposit of $2,900 was required when the application was approved.

No utilities were included in the monthly rent.  The tenants pay for electric service, water/sewer service, trash removal, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  Tenants are also responsible for minor interior and exterior maintenance, yard care and gutter cleaning.  Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.
