The home was bank-owned (REO) property.  Through our Homeowner Concierge Service Program, we handled the lockout with the assistance of the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office.  That involved doing a complete lock change and documenting the personal property and debris that was left behind.  We also documented the property condition.  The home was repaired so that it was “move-in ready” before it was listed for sale.  It had been used as a rental investment property and we believed that it would continue to make a great investment for the right buyer.
