We began managing this home for the property owners in May, 2009.  During that time, we placed multiple tenants.  The most recent tenants began their tenancy in June, 2011.  They rented the home for $1,250 per month, but ultimately abandoned the property in October 2022.  The security deposit was $1,250 and was required when the application was accepted.  No utilities are included in the monthly rent.  The tenants pay for electric service, water/sewer service, trash removal, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  Tenants are also responsible for minor interior and exterior maintenance, yard care and gutter cleaning.  Pets were considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  The owner did not allow smoking inside the home.
