The Westwood Park community had a large, well-maintained swimming pool. it was located a short walk from the unit. Parking was in the community lot in assigned spaces. There was also access to public transportation just outside the community.
We managed this home for many years for the owners starting in April, 2012. We placed multiple tenants during the time we managed the home. At least two of them were voluntarily evicted through our Homeowner Concierge Service program for failure to pay rent.
