The current tenants moved in on July 21, 2018.  They rented the home for $1,950 per month.  No utilities are included in the monthly rent, so tenants are responsible for electric service, natural gas service, water/sewer service, trash removal, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  The security deposit was $1,950 and was required prior to a lease being signed.  Pets were considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.
