Terri H. Osburne brings to the table her many years of experience working in the home building and construction industries.  She also a background in Human Resources.  Terri is originally from the Charlotte, North Carolina area, but moved to Charles County, MD in February 2002.  She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a Bachelors Degree in Business.  After graduation, Terri began her career in the real estate/home building industry.  Terri worked in the industry in North Carolina for over 10 years.

Terri was a founding member of DMS Properties LLC Residential Property Management in September 2008.  At the time, she immediately started handling the growing portfolio of residential properties we were managing for homeowners.  Her organizational skills and experience dealing with suppliers and subcontractors on various new home construction jobs was invaluable.  

In February 2011, Terri became a full-time licensed real estate agent with another real estate brokerage company in Maryland.  In July 2012, however, Terri and Dale M. Servetnick made a strategic business decision.  Terri stopped being an active REALTOR to spend her time concentrating all of her energies on the Property Management Services at DMS Properties LLC Residential Property Management.

On September 27, 2013, however, the company was transformed and became DMS Properties LLC Residential Real Estate Services.  We became a full service real estate brokerage company.  The company has transitioned again. 

DMS Properties LLC Residential Real Estate Services has transitioned again.  In early 2019, Terri made the decision to step away from the day-to-day management of rental properties.  She also no longer actively sells real estate.  She also acts as Chief Financial Officer for the company.  Terri is also an active real estate investor.  We are actively working on plans to purchase more investment properties in Maryland.  Terri is part owner of the company.   and serves as our Chief Financial Officer.  She is no longer active in selling real estate or managing properties.

Terri is still a proud member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers.  We are also members in good standing of the Better Business Bureau and the Charles County Chamber of Commerce.  She is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors and Maryland Realtors.
