We managed this home as an investment property for the owner for many years.  It was rented on May 1, 2019 for $1,800 per month.  Before that, it was rented as a short-term rental for $2,000 per month.  The home was then rented  on July 22, 2020 for $2,100 per month.  This was a short-term rental expected to be for 9 months handled by an insurance company assisting clients in their recovery from a devastating house fire.  It turned out that the tenants were in the home for 20 months and were able to move back to their home in May, 2022.

The home was offered for rent for $1,950 per month.  It was rented on June 6, 2022.  Trash removal was included in the monthly rent.  The tenants paid for electric service, water/sewer service, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  The owner considers short-term rentals (no less than 6 months) at $2,100 per month.  Because the home is fully furnished, it usually is rented on a short-term basis.

The security deposit was $1,950 (except for a short-term rental) and was required when the application is accepted.  Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  They should be limited to smaller animals.  The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.
