We began managing the home for the homeowner in May, 2015.  We have placed multiple tenants during that time.  Most recently, the home was offered for rent for $2,200 per month.  It was ultimately rented for $2,200 on December 16, 2019.  Those tenants vacated the home on February 28, 2022.

The home was offered  for rent for $2,500 per month.  The owner accepted an application and the home is now rented for $2,600 per month.  No utilities were included in the monthly rent.  The tenants pay for electric service, water/sewer service, trash removal, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  Tenants are also responsible for minor interior and exterior maintenance, yard care and gutter cleaning.  Pets will be considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.  The security deposit was $2,600 and is due at the time an application is accepted.
