We began managing this home for the property owners in February, 2009.  We placed tenants and they have occupied the property since July 2009.

This home was offered for rent for $1,800 per month.  No utilities were included in the monthly rent.  The tenants pay for electric service, water/sewer service, trash removal, telephone, internet and cable TV.  Tenants also are responsible for minor interior and exterior maintenance, yard care and gutter cleaning.

The security deposit was $1,800 and was required when the application was accepted.  Pets were considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.
