The new tenants moved in on April 15, 2023. We actually placed the tenants through our advertising and marketing of the property. The security deposit was $1,750.00 and was required when the application is accepted. Water/sewer service and trash removal are included in the monthly rent. The tenants pay for electric service, telephone, cable TV and Internet service. Tenants are also responsible for minor interior maintenance.
Pets were considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300.00 pet deposit. They were limited to smaller animals. The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.

We began managing this condominium unit for the homeowners in October, 2011. We have placed many tenants in this unit. A couple of those tenants ended up being voluntarily evicted due to their Failure to Pay Rent. This was done through our Homeowner Concierge Repair Service program. The program also helped us make repairs to the home prior to a new rental listing. Those included some plumbing repairs, replacement of a garbage disposal and interior painting throughout the unit.
There were two different sets of tenants who were voluntarily evicted from the home. The last tenant informed us on February 28, 2023 that they had abandoned the property. This was due to economic hardship resulting from COVID-19.
