We managed this home for the owners for many years.  We placed several tenants during that time.  Unfortunately, one of the former tenants was voluntarily evicted.  This is something that we do through our Homeowner Conciege Service Program.  This home was offered for rent for $1,300 per month.  It was rented on January 15, 2020 for $1,300 per month.

The owners made the decision to sell the home.  It was listed for sale at $119,900.  There is a long-term tenant in place who wants to stay and has a lease through May 31, 2024.  That means the home is only available to investors who do not plan to occupy the home.  The condominium is not approved for FHA financing and some conventional financing options may not be available.  The home was sold to a new investor for $110,000.  The tenants remained in the home because of the lease extension.
