The program also helped us make repairs to the home prior to a new rental listing.
The home was listed for rent again on February 28, 2023 when the former tenants announced they had abandoned the property. We listed it again for $1,750.00 per month. The new tenants moved in on April 15, 2023. The security deposit was $1,750.00 and was required when the application is accepted. Water/sewer service and trash removal are included in the monthly rent. The tenants pay for electric service, telephone, cable TV and Internet service. Tenants are also responsible for minor interior maintenance.
Pets were considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300.00 pet deposit. They were limited to smaller animals. The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.
