Water/sewer service and trash removal were included in the monthly rent.  The current tenants originally rented the home for $1,450 per month and all utilities were included in the monthly rent.  That changed in 2016 with a lease extension and the rent was reduced to $1,300 per month.  The tenants became  responsible for electric service, natural gas service, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  The security deposit was $1,450 and was required prior to a lease being signed.  Pets were considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.
