We began managing this home for the owners in February 2022.  It was originally listed for rent for $1,350 per month.  Trash removal and landscaping were included in the monthly rent.  The tenants paid for electric service, water/sewer service, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  The owners of this property did not consider pets.  In addition, smoking inside the home was not permitted.  The tenants moved in on April 29, 2022.  After the first year of the lease, the owners increased the rent to $1,485 per month.  They ended their lease on February 29, 2024.
