The home was listed for rent in August 2023 for $2,795 per month.  The price was adjusted to $2,595 in mid-January, 2024.  There was a price adjustment and the home was being offered for rent for $2,595 per month.  The security deposit was $2,595 and was required when the application is accepted.

No utilities were included in the monthly rent.  The tenants would pay for electric service, water/sewer service, trash removal, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  Tenants would also be responsible for minor interior and exterior maintenance, yard care and gutter cleaning.  Pets were considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  The owner did not allow smoking inside the home.
