We began managing this home for the property owners in December, 2014.  During that time, we  placed multiple tenants.  The current tenants began their tenancy in May, 2018.  They rented the home for $2,600 per month.  Their tenancy ended and they moved out on May 1, 2022.

This home was offered for rent for $3,000 per month.  I was rented on June 1, 2022 for $3,000 per month with a two-year lease.   The security deposit was $3,000 and was required when the application was accepted.  No utilities are included in the monthly rent.  The tenants pay for electric service, water/sewer service, trash removal, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  Tenants are also responsible for minor interior and exterior maintenance, yard care and gutter cleaning.  Pets were considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  The owner did not allow smoking inside the home.
