It was also an easy commute to Andrews AFB, Bolling AFB, Pax River NAS, the Pentagon and Washington, DC. The cottage had 1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom.
The home was all on one level and had a living room and dining room combination, kitchen and a laundry area. Parking was in the driveway at the front of the house. There was also a main house at the property that was divided into three other living units.
Our first involvement with this property was in September 2012, when the owner approached us about selling the home. It was listed for sale for five months. At that time, the owner chose to rent out each of the three units in the home. The first rental began on April 1, 2014. We stopped managing this home on December 31, 2018.
