We began managing this home for the homeowners in November, 2011.  We have placed multiple tenants during our management.  The home was listed for rent in July 2022.  It was originally offered at $1,650, but a price adjustment was made to $1,600 per month.  It was rented to the tenants on November 14, 2022 for $1,600 per month.  Previously, the home was offered for rent for $1,450 per month after the previous tenant was voluntarily evicted through our Homeowner Concierge Repair Service program.  It was ultimately rented for $1,450 per month on May 15, 2020.
