DMS Properties LLC Residential Real Estate Services has a large portfolio of homes that we manage for Maryland homeowners. From time to time, we need to find new tenants for those homes. Also, when we have a new homeowner bring their rental home to us for management, we market their home for rent, too.
It doesn’t matter what type of home in Maryland that you own. It could be a single family detached home, duplex, townhome or row house, condominium unit, or an apartment building. We can rent a home with a long-term lease of one year or more. This covers most of the homes for rent that we manage.
We can also work with homeowners who want to do short-term leases. A typical short-term lease would be 3 to 12 months. There are many times when someone asks us about a short-term lease. Most of the inquiries are from insurance companies. They will help people find a home for rent when they have been displaced by a fire or other disaster. Finally, we can work with homeowners who are interested in weekly rentals. Most of the weekly rentals would be vacation homes for rent. They could also be homes in close proximity to convention and sporting facilities that would be rented for special events.
Our expertise with renting homes ensures that you will be well represented during the entire process. We handle the listing of the home for rent in the our regional MLS. We also handle marketing the home to help you find tenants as quickly as possible. This also involves negotiating the lease terms for you. Through our Homeowner Concierge Service Program, we can also handle the maintenance and repairs of the home.
