We began managing this home for the homeowners in November, 2011.  We have placed multiple tenants during our management.  Most recently, the home was offered for rent for $1,450 per month after the previous tenant was voluntarily evicted through our Homeowner Concierge Repair Service program.  It was ultimately rented for $1,450 per month on May 15, 2020. 

The home was listed rent again.  It was originally offered at $1,650, but a price adjustment was made to $1,600 per month.  Water/sewer service and trash removal are included in the monthly rent.  The tenants pay for electric service, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  

The security deposit was $1,600 and was required when the application was accepted.  Pets were considered on a case-by-case basis (breed and size restrictions), with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.
