The home is being offered for rent for $1,600 per month.  The owners have accepted an application and the new tenants will begin their lease on May 1, 2024.  No utilities are included in the monthly rent, so tenants are responsible for electric service, natural gas service, water/sewer service, trash removal, telephone, cable TV and Internet service.  The security deposit is $1,600 and was required when the application is accepted.

Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, with an additional minimum $300 pet deposit.  They are limited to smaller animals and breed restrictions apply.  The owner does not allow smoking inside the home.

• You can choose to be an unrepresented party, in which case you will be asked to review the Understanding Whom Real Estate Agents Represent disclosure.  You must understand that our agent represents the homeowner and cannot answer any questions and your conversation is not confidential.  If you are currently under a Representation Agreement with a real estate agent for your home search, we cannot assist you and you should instruct your agent to schedule the showing. 
• You can agree to be represented by our agent, in which case you will be asked to review the Consent for Dual Agency disclosure and the Exclusive Right to Represent the Buyer/Tenant  Agreement.  Our agent will be able to represent your interests and help you with the entire process.  Everything that you discuss will remain confidential.
