We began managing this home for the property owners on March 8, 2023. We processed the former tenants’ move-out on April 30, 2023. Once the property became vacant, we assessed any repairs that need to be done with the owners. Repairs and upgrades were made. The owners installed a water monitoring device that will detect any leaks within the home. This can save money for tenants because leaks increase water bills. The owners pay for Internet service for monitoring the system and the cost is added to the monthly rent.
