We began managing this property for the homeowners on October 12, 2012. There were multiple tenants placed in this home. Unfortunately, one of the earlier tenants was voluntarily evicted because it became obvious they could not pay the rent. This was done through our Homeowner Concierge Repair Service program. We also completed several repairs prior to the most recent rental listing. Once some minor repairs were made, the home was offered for rent for $2,700.00 per month. It was rented on July 22, 2020 for a one-year lease. When those tenants moved out, the owners decided that it was time to sell.
