We began managing this home for the property owners in May, 2013. We placed two different sets of tenants. The current tenants occupied the property since July 2014. Through Our Homeowner Concierge Repair Service Program, we coordinated some repairs to the property. Those included installation of a new roof and restoration of the kitchen after a small fire. Unfortunately, the tenants were evicted through a Warrant of Restitution on July 1, 2025.
