We have managed this home for the owners since January, 2011. During that time, we have placed several tenants. The previous tenants moved into the home in January, 2017. They vacated the home in April 2022. Through Our Homeowner Concierge Repair Service Program, we made repairs to the home. Those repairs include drywall repair, interior painting, replacement of a clothes dryer and carpet cleaning and repairs. Many of those repairs were paid for by using the former tenants’ security deposit.
