Our History and Growth

When the company was founded in 2008, we focused exclusively on residential property management.  All other residential real estate activities were conducted through another brokerage. In 2013, we expanded and became a full-service residential real estate brokerage company.  Since then, we have been proudly serving Maryland residents who are looking to buy a home or sell a home.

Property Management & Investment Expertise

Today, our large property management division remains a major component of our business.  We work closely with individual homeowners as well as institutional investors who own rental properties across Maryland.

Our mission is to help both clients and agents build generational wealth through real estate, and our services reflect that commitment.  We assist investors in:

• Managing rental homes efficiently and profitably
• Buying, renovating, and selling (fix-and-flip) opportunities when market conditions allow

The owners of DMS Properties, LLC Residential Real Estate Services also own investment real estate, and we are actively purchasing additional properties.  Because we invest ourselves, we bring firsthand knowledge and practical experience to the clients and agents we support.

We Work by Referral

Our Referral Agent Program is designed for licensed real estate agents who want to stay active in the business while minimizing their expenses.  This program is ideal for dual-career, part-time, or retiring agents who still want to earn income without the obligations of full-time production.

How It Works

Agents in our Referral Agent Program maintain an active real estate license by completing the state’s Continuing Education requirements.  Other than that, there are no production requirements and no traditional real estate duties.  Agents in the program do not provide real estate services or handle transactions directly.

Instead, you earn income by generating referrals.  When someone you know needs to buy or sell real estate, simply refer them to us.  When the transaction closes, you earn a referral fee, and we handle the rest.

Why This Program Makes Sense

By joining the Referral Agent Program, you avoid the significant costs normally associated with being an active agent, including:

• Association/REALTOR® dues
• MLS fees
